PRINTING QUALITY AND SPEED
Scale is equipped with fast (115mm/second) High Resolution (8dots/mm) printer, two enable you to provide quick high quality printouts for your customers. With high resolution printout it means possibility to provide clear logo printing on your labels or receipts. Scale uses two types of printers (depending on the model ) L-750 Receipt printer, L-760 Receipt or Label printer and L-770 Receipt and receipt or label printer.
The receipt or label printer is also fitted with label/paper cassette for quick and easy roll replacement, we will be also happy to supply spare cassettes for even quicker and easier use of scales
HIGH PERFORMANCE MAIN MEMORY
To gain maximum control and provide all required information to your customers, scale has a standard 8000 item dabase, 10/20 vendors (selectable), sales and management reports in 3 levels to give all the required data in daily, weekly and monthly bases (Sales, operators, cash drawer status, VAT, departments, Plu’s…).
Each PLU can have 2 lines of 24 character name, over 1200 characters of ingredients (possible to make it up 10000 by using ingredient codes), Current date + 2 dates (display until and expiry date or use by date). You can also key prices for the offers, price breaks, profit codes, beef/programmable traceability, recipes…
A major added benefit with this is scale is you can program your recipes or cooking instructions, which you can link to desired PLU’s ( you could have 1 cooking instruction per PLU type, for example recipe no. 1 for all sausages, recipe no. 2 for all diced meat, recipe no. 3 for all steaks), or you can just have full recipes for your customers. These can be used in either receipt or label mode.
CUSTOM MADE RECEIPTS AND LABELS
The scale comes with a number of pre formatted receipts and labels programmed, but if you want to have a more tailored and individual look for your printouts with logos and customised print blocks and sizes, the scale can take up to 2 customised receipt formats and up to 40 customised receipt formats. You then link your selected formats to your chosen PLU’s, as the required information is so different in the different departments and product ranges (fresh beef you’ll need the beef traceability, bakery you’ll need the ingredients...). By using different labels with different logos, you can really make your products stand out of the grey mass of the competition. You also use the scales in automatic labelling mode, 3 levels of totals, printing number of labels if desired/required.
In receipt mode you also have 9 payment terms available, you can use the scale in client mode (customer will be served by number of operators and sales are accumulated by the customer number instead of operator number as usual), account mode (where can keep a track outstanding payment), discounts, loyalty points and possibility of using £ and €.
